Event Description

Greetings from KIDLAB, an fMRI research lab located at George Mason University. We are currently looking for participants in our Autism Research Study. We are conducting a project focusing on children 9-18 years old, those who are typically developing and those who are diagnosed with high functioning autism in order to analyze differences in brain attention and reasoning processes. We would be thrilled to have your support and involvement. To contact us about more information regarding the study or any questions you may have please email Ashlee Loughan (aloughan@gmu.edu) or call our lab (703-993-9141) and we can begin to discuss the fascinating work we are doing at KIDLAB.

If you would like to find out more about KIDLAB before you talk with us, visit our website at http://krasnow.gmu.edu/kidlab/. In particular, located on the home page is a documentary (click on “fMRI documentary Summer 2008”) about the lab and our study of autism and brain function across the lifespan. We look forward to hearing from you and partnering to gain further insight into not only the challenges of autism, but also its strengths.
