Hi, I'm glad to see an Autism Social Networking group that is so close to home!
My name is Laurie. I'm the Mom of Samuel, a 10 year old boy who was diagnosed with autism when he was almost 3 years old. I have been educating him at home for almost 2 years now, along with his 3 siblings. I miss the wonderful special education teacher that Samuel had when he first started school out here (she is now a teacher in Loudon County, lucky you!).

I currently serve as secretary on the Warren County SEAC (Special Education Advisory Committee).
I'd love to hear from others who are educating their children at home or are serving on their county's SEAC and I look forward to "meeting" others on this group! Best wishes.
