Recommended Pre-K program?

After much consideration my husband and I have decided to give our son the "gift of a year" to strengthen his social skills before his "official" Kindergarten school début.

Any chance does anyone know of a good, loving, caring (small-sized) pre-K(s)? Home-based is good too. We live in Ashburn. Thanks!
